Ailu is a lawyer in one of Norway’s largest and highest-ranked law firms.  

Ailu has extensive experience with dispute resolution and construction and contract law.  

He has gained considerable experience with final settlement disputes in large construction projects, where the dispute sum has often been in the hundreds of millions.  

He has been both an assistant judge and acting district court judge.

• Out-of-court dispute resolution – including negotiations and mediation
