Benita Tjørn Tobiasson specialises in public procurement and construction law.
She has extensive experience in assisting clients and suppliers in the various stages of the procurement processes, including temporary injunctions before the courts and appeal processing for KOFA.
Benita has also gained considerable experience with final settlement disputes in large and complex building and construction projects. The experience includes both cases for public and private actors.
