Strengthening the team – Emil and Kasper are new partners<\/h1>\n\n\n

Haavind is strengthening its focus on banking and finance as well as construction and dispute resolution. We are pleased to welcome Kasper Formo Asplin and Emil Litschutin Risb\u00f8l as new partners from 1st January 2026.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Banking and finance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kasper has been a key driving force behind Haavind’s focus on financial regulatory advice for several years. The fact that he now becomes a partner is a strategic move to further develop an area with significant growth potential. In a market characterised by increasing regulations and complex requirements, in-depth financial regulatory expertise is becoming more important.

\u2013 I look forward to joining the partnership at Haavind. Construction and dispute resolution<\/strong>

Emil has considerable experience in dispute resolution and construction in complex disputes and will further strengthen the team with his strong drive and high level of expertise. We are experiencing strong demand from our customers in both areas.
