Hanne has significant expertise in technology and intellectual property rights, and has assisted with everything from advisory services and contract negotiations to handling rights disputes across several sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hanne Heltne has extensive experience as in-house counsel at Equinor and Schibsted. She brings with her a unique combination of strong professional expertise and both commercial and operational insight from the industry and media sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013\u00a0Her broad experience and deep understanding of complex issues, from both the industrial and media sides, make her an extremely valuable addition for our clients and the team at Haavind, says Gimmingsrud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Hanne has many years of litigation experience in intellectual property law from Advokatfirmaet Schj\u00f8dt, and has assisted in handling disputes related to patents, trademarks, copyright, and marketing law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
