Haavind strengthens the team with Hadia Tajik as new Senior Counsel (Associate)<\/h1>\n\n\n

We are pleased to announce that Hadia Tajik, Member of Parliament for the Norwegian Labor Party and member of the Justice Committee in the Norwegian Parliament, will be Senior Counsel (Associate) at Haavind. She will work within the business areas Aquaculture, Offshore and Industry, and in collaboration with Energy. Hadia will start her position at Haavind this fall.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Hadia’s primary focus in Haavind will be to work as a lawyer. She is highly motivated to work in a professionally strong environment and within important industries, thereby learning the business law profession. In addition, she has extensive experience from politics and a very good understanding of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Haavind has many clients and extensive experience related to the green shift and renewable energy industries. The energy transformation in Norway and Europe is taking place at the same time as the regulatory, economic and geopolitical landscape is changing. In addition to legal expertise, a broad understanding of society and political processes is important for us to be able to provide the best possible legal advice to our clients in a more complex landscape, not least within Energy, Aquaculture, Infrastructure and Technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For several years, we have recognized Hadia as a skilled and dedicated politician with a strong commitment to her work. This, combined with her long political experience and strong understanding of society, means that Hadia will quickly be in a position to provide good legal and strategic advice to our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2012, Hadia became the youngest minister in a Norwegian government at the time, when she became Minister of Culture in Jens Stoltenberg’s second government. She was also Minister of Labor and Inclusion in the St\u00f8re government 2021-22.
