He holds a doctorate in law from the University of Oslo with the thesis &#8220;Energy Market Law&#8221; and has more than 25 years of experience specialising in renewable energy. Odd-Harald combines his work as a lawyer with a position as associate professor at BI Norwegian Business School, where he researches and teaches energy law, climate law, EU\/EEA law, contract law and administrative law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odd-Harald assists Norwegian and international players in a wide range of energy-related matters, including contractual matters, regulatory issues and contact with authorities, transactions and disputes. He also has extensive experience from the energy sector through his work as an in-house lawyer, with particular emphasis on regulatory framework conditions, market design and processes at national and European level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odd-Harald is ranked in Chambers and The Legal 500 (2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Odd-Harald B Wasenden has a deep understanding of the electricity market, and grid\/infrastructure issues in particular.
