He has operational and strategic management experience from regional and global management groups and has sat on a number of internal boards. He has also been chairman of a listed renewable company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has extensive experience from contract negotiations and concluding agreements with a large number of oil companies in a number of jurisdictions, as well as with ongoing assistance for complex offshore projects in the operational and closing phase. He has extensive experience in contract management and in leading strategic and commercial negotiations with customers and subcontractors. Throughout his years in oil services, Gisle has worked across many jurisdictions and has extensive experience with complex contracts and cooperation constellations, alliance agreements and joint ventures.
