Our lawyers advise clients across the full spectrum of competition law matters, including national and multi-jurisdictional merger control advice, cooperation and JVs, information exchange, dominance issues, leniency and investigations, competition litigation, competition compliance, and state aid.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We represent clients in dealings with the Norwegian Competition Authority, the EFTA Surveillance Authority and the Commission as well as in litigation before Norwegian courts.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
