Haavind has represented construction and offshore clients in a huge variety of court and arbitration disputes over many decades. The lawyers in our construction and offshore team have written and published commentaries to several key Norwegian standard contracts, e.g. NS 3430 (1994), NS 8405 (2004) and NS 8407 (2013). Our lawyers are regularly appointed as arbitrators both in ad-hoc and in institutionalized international arbitrations.
