Armin Mehaj
Armin Mehaj is a senior lawyer in one of Norway’s largest and highest-ranked construction law departments.
Armin specialises in construction law and provides advice in all phases of a construction project. He has broad and extensive experience with legal assistance in construction law, and assists builders, contractors and advisers in connection with entering into contracts, but also with ongoing and strategic advice during project implementation. In addition, Armin has considerable experience with negotiations and process assignments before the court within contract law, property development and major construction projects, including final settlement disputes. In addition to broad experience with the legal standards (NS 8401, NS 8402, NS 8403, NS 8405 and NS 8407), Armin has solid experience with various types of cooperation contracts.
Armin regularly goes to court and has also been a deputy judge in Romerike and Glåmdal District Court. During his time as Deputy judge, Armin also gained experience as a mediator in several disputes.
Armin offers courses in NS contracts and relevant implementation models, but also tailor-made courses for actors in the build and construction industry.
