Haavind has assisted Polygon in the process that has now led to the signing of an agreement to acquire Kaph Entreprenør AS.
Kaph is a property damage restoration company with 220 employees and an annual turnover of approx. EUR 46 mill. The acquisition is subject to approval from the Norwegian competition authorities and expected to close during the second quarter of 2021.
