Tieto Corporation has signed an agreement to acquire Software Innovation, a leading software company in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) business in the Nordic countries. The acquisition price is 610 million Norwegian kroner.
Software Innovation is a recognized market leader in the enterprise content management, both public and private sectors. The company has approximately 350 employees, and in 2014 the company’s net sales amounted to around NOK 364 million.
The acquisition of Software Innovation is important for Tieto Corporation and will strengthen their position as the preferred partner digitization within ECM in the Nordic region.
