Spectrum. listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, makes a comprehensive seismic purchase, with legal assistance by Haavind

The Norwegian company Spectrum has signed an agreement with the international corporation Fugro to acquire their library of seismic data for USD 115 million (multi client). This is a significant transaction for Spectrum and increases the line kilometres of their 2D library by 115%, in addition to strengthening their market position within 3D.

Haavind has provided legal assistance during the process, with closing expected on June 30^th 2015.
